Lab Access & Use
Our "logic labs" environment is intended for professional use by Australian businesses and authorized partners. You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit the use of this site by any third party.
- Users must not attempt to bypass authentication or probe for security vulnerabilities.
Proprietary Frameworks
All content on this site—including but not limited to logical models, proprietary analytics scripts, visual interfaces, and methodology documentation—is the exclusive property of Southern Logic Labs.
We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to view and print individual pages for your business's internal evaluation purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our "logic labs" output without explicit written authorization from our Melbourne headquarters.
Liability & Disclaimers
While Southern Logic Labs strives for absolute precision in our analytics output, the nature of data processing means all insights are provided "as-is" and "as available."
Section 3.4 Regulatory Compliance
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. However, Southern Logic Labs limits its liability for breach of any non-excludable condition to the maximum extent permitted by Section 64A of the Australian Consumer Law.

Disputes arising from the use of this site or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Melbourne, Victoria. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid by a court, the invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions.
