Data Privacy & Protection.
As a logic labs specialist, Southern Logic Labs treats information security as a primary structural requirement. This document outlines our protocols for handling personal data within the Australian regulatory landscape.

Active Engagement Data
When you contact us for logic labs consulting or analytics services, we collect your name, business email, phone number, and company details. This is the minimum required set for professional correspondence and project scoping.
Technical Metadata
We analyze anonymized session data—IP addresses, browser types, and navigation paths—to optimize the delivery of our analytics content. This data is stripped of PII (Personally Identifiable Information) before persistent storage.
Southern Logic Labs does not sell, trade, or rent user data to third-party marketing entities. Our business model is built on high-fidelity logic and technical consulting, not the commodification of user behavior. Any external data processing is strictly limited to infrastructure providers necessary for our core site functions.
Data Processing Rights
Transparency
Request a complete copy of all personal data held within the Southern Logic Labs records system.
Accuracy
Update or correct any logic or contact details that have become stale or inaccurate over time.
Deletion
Request the permanent removal of your data from our active processing environments and databases.
Technical & Physical Safeguards
Encrypted Communication
All data transmission between your browser and our lab servers is secured via TLS 1.3 encryption protocols.
Australian Data Residency
Where possible, we prioritize local server infrastructure within Australia to ensure data remains under AU privacy jurisdiction.
Controlled Access
Access to client data is strictly limited to authorized personnel on a 'need-to-know' basis for specific analytics deliverables.
Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies to maintain session states and understand user flow. Detailed settings can be managed via our dedicated policy.
